Mumbai Police borrows Ranveer Singh's '83 dialogue to help create awareness about Covid protocols
The official Instagram and Twitter handle of the Mumbai Police have very often used bollywood personalities or popular dialogues to promote social awareness. Doing the same yet again the Mumbai Police this time shared a reference from the Ranveer Singh starrer 83, to create awareness about Covid protocols.
After using references from the movie Stree and Main Hoon Na, the Mumbai Police's account used a scene from the forthcoming Kabir Khan directorial, 83 to talk about the significance of wearing masks at all times.

The Mumbai Police social media handle took the dialogue "He doesn't know defense" from the upcoming movie to send out a message to the community who ignore Covid-19 safety protocols. They shared the picture with a caption that read, "When you don't wear your mask despite '83' million reminders."
As for the film, '83, based on the life and world cup journey of retired India captain Kapil Dev is scheduled to release on December 24.
