RRR Golden Globes win: Amul India pays tribute to MM Keeravani’s ‘Naatu Naatu’
Filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s Telugu movie RRR created history yesterday at the 80th Golden Globes by winning the Best Original Song award for its energetic dance number ‘Naatu Naatu’. The award was received by the film’s music composer MM Keeravani amidst jubilation from the film’s team and the crowd gathered.
Naturally, people started congratulating the composer and the film for the victory. In fact, congratulatory posts on social media are still making the rounds as we write this. Not surprisingly, Amul India has come up with its own tribute for RRR’s victory. The brand’s Instagram handle put up a sketch of Ram Charan, Jr NTR, the two actors on whom ‘Naatu Naatu’ is picturized and MM Keeravani celebrating the film’s triumph at the Golden Globes.
Describing the film’s achievement, the words, “Really Remarkable Reward” are mentioned on the sketch, along with, “Say Haan not na tu butter.” The picture is captioned, “#Amul Topical: ‘Naatu Naatu’ wins Best Original Song at Golden Globes!”
