Team Thank You For Coming hosts a special stand-up comedy!

Thank You For Coming is living up to its tagline Rise-Rebel-Repeat. The movie has attained global recognition owing to early international reviews and an overwhelming audience response at the 48th Toronto International Film Festival. Whether it’s the stylish appearances of the star cast, their first groovy song – ‘Haanji’, a progressive narrative or the incredible international reviews, the film is grabbing all eyeballs, across the nation. The makers of Thank You For Coming raised the bar for promotions by organising a special star studded stand-up comedy event. The team ventured into the world of comedy in an innovative and entertaining manner!

The exclusive standup comedy event featured a lineup of some of India’s finest female comedians including Prashasti Singh, Swati Sachdeva, Sonali Thakkar, Sumaira Shaikh and Sumukhi Suresh.  The comedians left the audience laughing, promising a delightful experience for everyone present!

Also present at the event was Sonam Kapoor along with the team of the film - Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, Producer Rhea Kapoor and Director Karan Boolani.

Thank You For Coming, explores themes like female friendship, the challenges single women face, and modern women's pursuit of pleasure and independence. Produced by Balaji Telefilms Limited and Anil Kapoor Film Communication Network Pvt. Ltd, Thank You For Coming will hit theatres worldwide on October 6, 2023.
