The longstanding dating rumours surrounding Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur took a significant turn on Friday night as the paparazzi captured the duo stepping out for what appeared to be a dinner date in Mumbai. The highly anticipated sighting has fuelled ongoing speculation about their relationship status.

The candid moment caught on camera offered a glimpse into their camaraderie, further igniting the curiosity of fans and followers. Rumours of Ananya and Aditya’s alleged romance have been circulating for a considerable duration. The speculation initially sparked after the pair made a joint appearance at Kriti Sanon’s Diwali party last year. Additionally, filmmaker Karan Johar dropped subtle hints regarding the pair's relationship during an episode of his talk show, Koffee With Karan 7, in the same year.

Since then, the rumoured couple has been frequently spotted together, both at airports and during overseas trips. They have also been a common sight for paparazzi on outings within the city.

On the film front, Ananya Panday currently has Siddhant Chaturvedi, Adarsh Gourav starrer Kho Gaye Hum Kahan in the pipeline for release. The actress has also been working on the cyber thriller directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. Apart from films, Ananya will be making her debut in web series with Call Me Bae that is slated to premiere on Amazon Prime Video. The show will feature her as a wealthy fashionista, who is disowned by her family after a major scandal.

On the other hand, Aditya Roy Kapur last appeared in the crime thriller film Gumraah and has been enjoying the success of his debut web show, The Night Manager. The second part of the show was released on Disney+ Hotstar. Aditya will be soon seen in Anurag Basu's upcoming film Metro... In Dino.
