Soha Ali Khan performs Dhunuchi dance at Durga Puja Pandal; celebrates Dussehra at home with Daughter Inaaya

Actress, author and podcast host Soha Ali Khan marked Durga Puja and Dussehra with a mix of public festivities and quiet rituals at home. Taking to social media, she gave fans a vibrant peek into her festive weekend, which included a visit to Mumbai's most talked-about celebrity Durga Puja pandal and intimate rituals at her residence.

Soha visited the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja pandal in Juhu, the annual gathering led by Kajol, Rani Mukerji and their family, which draws many from the film fraternity. Dressed in ethnic wear, she was seen taking in the devotional atmosphere and enthusiastically joining fellow attendees in the traditional Dhunuchi dance, performed to the rhythmic beats of the dhaak.

The festivities did not end at the pandal. Soha also posted pictures from the personal Durga Puja and Dussehra celebrations held at her residence. Married to actor-filmmaker Kunal Kemmu, she is known for embracing a secular, multi-cultural household, celebrating festivals like Eid, Diwali and Christmas with equal joy.

Meanwhile, Durga Puja carries a sentimental significance for Soha, as it connects her to the Bengali heritage she inherits from her mother, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore. Her festive carousel shows how she is passing these cultural roots on to her young daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, who was seen taking part in the rituals alongside her mother.

Sharing the album on Instagram, Soha wrote a caption celebrating the essence of the festival: "For the beats of the dhaak, the dhunuchi dance, the mishti, the sarees and sindoor, and that unmistakable feeling of coming home. .. happy Durga Pujo!!" The post was met with festive wishes and heart emojis from her friends in the industry and her followers, many of whom praised her connection with her roots.
